Brasil: Petrobras podrá recibir US$1,100 millones tras fusión de filial en EEUU
La petrolera brasileña Petrobras anunció que su filial en EEUU, Petrobras América, unirá sus operaciones con su similar estadounidense Murphy en una asociación de riesgo compartido que podría incluir un pago de hasta US$1,100 para la paraestatal.
