Brasil/México: LALA ofrece R$6 mil millones en nuevo intento por ingresar al mercado
Tras varios intentos fallidos por incursionar en el mercado brasileño, la empresa mexicana LALA ha hecho una oferta de compra por su similar Vigor Alimentos (del fondo de inversión J&F), por un monto de unos 6 mil millones de reales brasileños (US$1,900 millones aproximadamente). Se espera que el acuerdo quede finalizado esta misma semana aunque el valor de la oferta podría disminuir debido a ciertos aspectos de los contratos que aún se encuentran bajo negociación.
