El Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) rechazó ayer, con costas, la demanda interpuesta por la Corporación Nacional de Consumidores y Usuarios de Chile (Conadecus) en contra de Movistar, Claro y Entel.
La acción presentada en 2014 por la entidad -que preside Hernán Calderón- sostenía que las tres empresas de telefonía móvil habían atentado contra la libre competencia.
