Chile: Tribunal obliga venta de Gasmar, poniendo fin a tres años de investigación
El Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) puso fin, después de tres años, al proceso de revisión de eventuales riesgos en el mercado del gas en Chile, producto de una denuncia por la Corporación Nacional de Consumidores y Usuarios (CONADECUS) cuestionando el funcionamiento de la industria tras la venta de la empresa Gasco a la española Gas Natural Fenosa.
