Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce admitted a lawsuit by car parts distributor Auteco alleging unfair competition against Mr. Carlos Arturo Henao Múnera. Mr. Henao has, says Auteco, for about two years acquired automotive spare parts in India, marked for exclusive sale in that country, and brought them them illegally to Colombia, distributing the parts through Auteco’s distribution network.
