El Consejo de Estado de Colombia ha confirmado una serie de sanciones millonarias, impuestas por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, contra la empresa cementera Holcim Colombia S.A., subsidiaria del grupo internacional con base en Suiza, Holcim. Esto ocurre días después que la autoridad hiciera lo propio contra la sociedad Cemex Colombia, por la misma razón.
