La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) decidió sancionar a Cementos Argos, Cemex y Holcim por conductas que afectaron la libre competencia en el país. A Cementos Argos y a Cemex les impuso la máxima sanción de 73.771 millones de pesos, mientras que a Holcim la multa le llegó por 54 mil millones de pesos “debido a que tiene un patrimonio en ingresos sustancialmente menores al de las otras dos empresas”, declaró el Superintendente Pablo Felipe Robledo.
