Éste jueves 22 de febrero, la Comisión Federal de Comunicaciones (FCC) de Estados Unidos derogó oficialmente las históricas reglas de “neutralidad de red” instauradas durante la presidencia de Barack Obama al publicar la orden en el Registro Nacional, el diario oficial del gobierno federal de Estados Unidos.
La derogación es una victoria importante para el presidente de la FCC, Ajit Pai, cuya gestión lo ha visto abogar fuertemente por reducir las regulaciones, en apoyo a las políticas del presidente Donald Trump.
