La empresa de transporte compartido Uber analiza una posible compra de Motivate, la compañía que fabrica las bicicletas Ford GoBike’s en el Área de la Bahía de San Francisco y CitiBike en la costa este de los EEUU. La estrategia fue revelada después de la aparición de informes que aseguraban que Lyft estaría cercana a comprar Motivate en un acuerdo de US$250 millones.
