El Salvador: Superintendencia aprueba adquisición de Banco ProCredito por Atlántida
La Superintendencia de Competencia de El Salvador resolvió que la operación de concentración económica entre Banco ProCredit, S.A. e Inversiones Atlántida, S.A., a través de su designada Inversiones Financieras Atlántida, S.A., no produciría una limitación significativa de la competencia. La operación significa el ingreso del grupo económico de Inversiones Atlántida en el mercado de servicios bancarios en El Salvador.
