El fondo de inversión estadounidense Blackstone ha pedido a la CNMC autorice su oferta pública de adquisición (OPA) a la empresa hotelera Hispania, en una operación valorada en €1,905 millones (US$2,300 millones). La operación convertiría a Blackstone en el principal propietario de hoteles en España.
