Los principales accionistas de Metrovacesa han acordado fusionar la inmobiliaria con Merlín Properties. El resultado de la operación será la creación del mayor grupo inmobiliario de España, con un valor bruto por activos de más de 9,300 millones de euros, y uno de los mayores de Europa.
