El Tribunal Supremo ha confirmado una sanción de 2,65 millones de euros a Gas Natural por sembrar la inquietud entre sus clientes sobre las ofertas perfectamente legales de la competencia, frente a las que pedía tomar “precauciones” mediante una carta enviada por Gas Natural entre mayo y septiembre de 2009. Esto coincide con un duro periodo de liberalización en el sector energético, que llevó a una fuerte pérdida de clientes por parte de la gasista.
