El siguiente artículo examina el concepto de “Diligencia profesional”, el cual es un elemento central dentro de las cláusulas generales del Directorio de Prácticas Comerciales Desleales (2005/29/EC). Se proponen diversas maneras de concretar el concepto con el fin de evitar, en la medida de lo posible, cualquier incertidumbre inherente a la cláusula general.
