La empresa paraestatal petrolera mexicana Pemex representa un obstáculo para la competencia, pues evita bajar los precios de combustibles, no crece el número de estaciones de servicio, e incluso genera riesgo de desabasto, según advirtió la Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE).
