El Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (Ifetel) anuló en definitiva la multa más alta que ha aplicado hasta ahora, por 410.9 millones de pesos, que impuso en 2015 a Telefónica Movistar por fallas en el servicio en Guanajuato; también eliminó una sanción por 24.2 millones contra Megacable.
