La Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (Cofece) elaboró un estudio de infraestructura de las estaciones de importación y distribución de gasolina de PEMEX, determinando que sólo está libre 41 por ciento de la capacidad de las terminales de almacenamiento y recepción. Esta capacidad sobrante es la que estará disponible para ser utilizada por los nuevos participantes.
