Manuel Suárez Fragoso, Magistrado del Tercer Tribunal Unitario Civil de México, ha dado un revés a la empresa de telefonía celular Telcel, al declarar fundada una demanda presentada en 2012 contra la empresa, por la cual enfrentaría una multa de $12,000 millones de pesos mexicanos. La deuda se condonó en su momento tras acordar disminuir los montos cobrados a competidores por concepto de interconexión.
