El sector de salud adquirirá medio millón de tabletas del medicamento Atazanavir, utilizado en el tratamiento del VIH de 1800 peruanos afectados. En este nuevo contrato el Ministerio de Salud habría conseguido una importante reducción de 35% en el precio del fármaco, que era hasta 20 veces más elevado que el precio en otras naciones.
