Las fusiones y adquisiciones en América Latina alcanzaron las 509 operaciones al segundo trimestre del 2017, de las cuales 218 tienen un importe no confidencial que suman aproximadamente 33,016 millones de dólares, según el más reciente informe de Transactional Track Record (www.TTRecord.com), lo cual representa un aumento del 86.36% en términos de valor monetario, comparado al mismo periodo de 2016.
