Molino Dolores comunicó a todos sus empleados que irían al seguro de paro. Unas 200 personas quedaron sin lugar de trabajo y desapareció del mercado uno de los jugadores de mayor peso en el país en el proceso de volver el trigo en harina. Ahora, algunas voces alertan que esto podría acelerar la tendencia de concentración que ya transita este sector, e incluso consolidar una suerte de monopolio de la producción de harina.
