España: Multa CNMC a 34 editoriales por fijación de precios en manual de ‘buenas prácticas’
La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) de España multará a 34 editoriales de libros de texto, así como a la Asociación Nacional de Editores de Libros y Materiales de Enseñanza (ANELE), al considerarlos responsables de coordinar políticas comerciales mediante el desarrollo de un Código de Conducta. Además, la CNMC dijo haber dejado sin efecto “el pacto de determinadas editoriales para fijar el precio y condiciones comerciales del libro de texto digital alcanzado entre ANELE y 10 editoriales.”
