Mediante la promulgación de un nuevo decreto legislativo, el Poder Ejecutivo de Perú ha introducido modificaciones a la Ley de expresión de Conductas Anticompetitivas, aprobadas el pasado martes. Las modificaciones tienen como principal efecto el ampliar las facultades de investigación, atracción y sanción del INDECOPI, permitiéndole llevar a cabo una robusta defensa de los procesos competitivos y la propiedad intelectual.
