Morrison & Foerster announced that David Cross has joined the firm as a partner in the Global Antitrust Practice Group. He is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in antitrust and other complex business litigation.
Mr. Cross has represented some of the world’s leading companies in antitrust litigation and brings exceptional experience to the firm’s global antitrust practice. Cross also has extensive experience advising clients regarding electronic discovery issues, from preparing for litigation to addressing spoliation issues. In addition, he has a robust pro bono practice as an advocate for civil rights for the LGBT community and others.
