The Knowledge Group, an online educational tool for industry and regulatory trends, will hold a webcast to explore conditional pricing arrangements, and law firm Ropes & Gray announced that one of its antitrust lawyers will speak at the event.
According to reports, antitrust expert Jonathan Klarfeld will present on the online presentation. Klarfeld has been at Ropes & Gray since August after 13 years at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition.
The seasoned antitrust lawyer will present as part of The Knowledge Group’s webcast on various pricing issues including loyalty discounts, bundling and tying, and conditional pricing arrangements, according to a press release.
