Bulgaria: Joint venture wins approval for wind farm buyout

GLUKERG Renew, the joint venture between ERG Renew and UKOIL, have reportedly gained regulatory clearance to fully acquire the Hrabrovo wind farm. The farm will be purchased from Vistas.

    The Bulgarian Antitrust Authority cleared the deal.

    The farm, in operation since March 2012, is valued in the transaction at more than $23 million, though financial details of the merger were not released.
