UAE/UK/US: Latest aviation move confirmed for $4.21B

UK-based aviation company BBA Aviation confirmed this week the company has plans to merge with some of United Arab Emirates-based company Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, say reports. Further, BBA confirmed the acquisition of US-based Maguire Aviation in a $69 million deal.

    While no sources were cited, media said BBA is negotiating with the UAE competitor StandardAero, owned by DAE, for a deal worth $4.21 billion. StandardAero is based in the US and confirmed the merger news on Monday.
