New law firm GeyerGorey LLP, which partially specializes in antitrust, announced it is “beefing up” its practice due to “intense demand” for its specialties, according to its co-founder Bradford Geyer. The firm currently has 10 attorneys, nine of which that come from the Department of Justice; its most recent additions include Allen P. Grunes and Maurice E. Stucke, both from the DOJ’s antitrust division. Reports say the founders, which also include Hays Gorey and Bob Zastrow, decided to establish the firm in 2012 following DOJ antitrust division office closures. The firm is currently hiring.
