Representatives for the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine announced Wednesday that a proposed that that would see a 25 percent buyout of Azorande Investments Limited by Financial Investment Group A-Zevs Limited. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Both companies are based in Cyprus, according to reports.
