The Swiss Competition Commission has approved a dual-takeover of jobs.ch Holding AG by Ringier and Tamedia media enterprises. The deal will reinstate jobs.ch Holding AG as a Swiss company, though there is no word on when the plan will be completed. Jobs.ch currently has the widest coverage within the Swiss market, a platform the two companies plan to expand into international competition. Ringier and Tamedia will both have a 50 percent stake in the company.
