Russia: FAS and Megafon reach price inflation settlement

The Moscow District Federal Commercial Court has endorsed the settlement agreement between Megafon and the Federal Antimonopoly Service over their dispute concerning a unilateral price increase in breach of competition law, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency Monday.
