U.S.: T-Mobile and MetroPCS merger

Today Deutsche Telekom announced that its U.S. subsidiary is merging with with MetroPCS (PCS). The companies will combine their efforts to roll out a high-speed 4G LTE network under the T-Mobile name. However, Metro PCS and T-Mobile will operate as separate consumer units.
