Kooperativa Förbundet approved as Grådö dairy plant buyer

The Swedish Competition Authority has approved Kooperativa Förbundet (KF) as the buyer of Arla Foods’ Grådö dairy plant. The divestiture was a condition to the watchdog’s approval of the 2011 merger between Arla and Milko. KF will take over Grådö on October 1, 2012.
