Mediapro supplied incomplete and misleading information to CNC

The Comisión Nacional de la Competencia (CNC) has opened formal proceedings against Mediaproducción (Mediapro) for supplying the agency with incomplete and misleading information during its investigation. The investigation was in connection with an April 2010 CNC order requiring surveillance of the operative part of a Resolution ending infringement proceedings. In response to the CNC’s information requests, Mediapro supplied incomplete and misleading information, thereby violating its duty to cooperate with the CNC.
