Two more investors cop to bid-rigging at N. Cal. real estate auctions

Two more real estate investors, Douglas Ditmer and San Ramon, have agreed to plead guilty to rigging bids at public real estate foreclosure auctions in Northern California. Actions that the investors engaged in include agreements to stop bidding, negotiating payoffs not to compete, and participating in second, private auctions.
