After a seven-month search, URCA finds a new CEO in Kathleen Smith

The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority has announced a new CEO. Kathleen Smith will step in, seven months after the departure of Usman Saadat. Smith is currently URCA’s director of policy and regulation. Prior to joining URCA, Smith worked in the offshore and local financial sectors.
