Office of Rail Regulations to train companies: agree to information obligations or face referral to Competition Commission

The Office of Rail Regulations notified train companies that they must agree to travel information obligations for passengers by March 1, or they will be referred to the Competition Commission. The obligations follow criticism of the quality of passenger information during a travel disruption in 2010-2011.
