Edward Shwartz, former partner at Shearman & Sterling, focuses on complex litigation, mergers and non-merger antitrust investigations by regulators. Andrew Lee, former partner at White & Case, advises domestic and international clients on antitrust compliance and counseling, criminal antitrust defense, civil class actions and litigation.
