White & Case Promotes Three Antitrust Lawyers to Partner as Part of 2026 Class

    In Boston, Kelly Newman has been elevated to partner. Per the statement, Newman represents clients in both federal and state courts, handling criminal and civil antitrust litigation and advising on matters before regulatory agencies.

    In Brussels, Marika Harjula has also been promoted to partner. According to the statement, Harjula advises on competition law issues with a concentration on EU and Finnish merger reviews, foreign direct investments, and EU foreign subsidies regulation. Her work also involves coordinating multijurisdictional transactions across multiple markets.

    Berlin-based Gustav Ollinger joins them as the third new Antitrust partner. Per the statement, Ollinger counsels clients on German and EU regulatory law, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters across various industries.
