ICM has filed a motion to dismiss Manwin’s first amended complaint. Manwin brought an antitrust lawsuit against ICM and ICANN, in which it claims a conspiracy to eliminate competition for adult top-level domains. Manwin owns and licenses trademarks and domain names for adult websites, including YouPorn. ICM has a 2011 contract with ICANN to act as the registry for .XXX. ICM insists that the complaint fails to state a claim, and that the claims are internally inconsistent.
