ABA Cancels Antitrust Spring Meeting

The American Bar Association has cancelled the in-person version of its annual antitrust spring meeting due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic, but “business as almost usual” continues throughout much of the US competition community.

    According to the ABA, an enormous amount of preparation has gone into planning this year’s program, but it is imperative that they prioritize the well-being of the tight-knit community of over 3,000 global competition, consumer protection, and data privacy professionals who had already registered to attend. They want to make sure everyone is healthy for the 69th Spring Meeting next March 2021.

    The Section of Antitrust Law will be refunding all Spring Meeting registration fees.
