They also discuss the recent changes they’ve witnessed within the Department of Justice (DOJ) including lawyers finding evidence on social media, the targeting of no-poach agreements, and the DOJ pursuing damages in criminal matters.
Lisa M. Phelan is chief of the Washington Criminal I Section (formerly National Criminal Enforcement Section) of the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
Niall E. Lynch is a partner in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and is the local co-chair of the firm’s litigation and trial department.
