Apple and ACCC cannot resolve differences over iPad name

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission had recently hit Apple with misleading advertising charges for its iPad, over its claims of connecting to the 4G network. In response, Apple had offered an undertaking. However, the ACCC and Apple failed to come to an agreement over the name of the tablet. The ACCC wants Apple to change the current name, iPad Wifi + 4G, which it finds to be misleading. The ACCC and Apple will return to Federal Court to resolve the outstanding issues.
