Brazil: Another hurdle cleared for Ericsson-Cisco joint efforts

Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense gave its approval to the global alliance signed between Cisco and Ericsson for the joint sale of products. In the opinion of CADE, the deal does not have negative competitive effects in the markets in which the companies operate – selling and distributing routers, switches, core network, wireless equipment, pay-TV technical solutions and IT services.
