With their new branch office opening in Brussels, Sheppard Mullin has continued to announce new partners that have been brought into the firm. Last week they announced that the firm will be led by Jacques Derenne, formerly of Hogan Lovells, and that he will be joined by partners Robert Klotz and Chris Guirado.
Their most recently announced partner is Oliver Heinisch from London. Oliver Heinisch advises on all areas of EU, UK and German competition law with a focus on international cartel and abuse of dominance cases and related litigation. He has substantial expertise advising on the interface of intellectual property and competition law, in particular in the technology and life-science sectors.
This new team has experience and qualifications to advise on EU law as well and national competition regulations in Belgium, France, Germany and the UK.
