One of Canada’s largest communications companies, Shaw Communications Inc., has officially acquired ENMAX Envision Inc. Shaw, which specializes in fiber optic networks, will buy the company from its parent organization, ENMAX Corporation. According to Shaw’s CEO, the deal will be especially impactful within Calgary, Canada, where Shaw is based. Specific finances of the deal were not disclosed in media reports.
