Adam Allouba has become both a member of Dentons’ Montreal office and a partner of the firm.
Working in the corporate commercial group, Allouba focuses on commercial law and competition and antitrust law. He advises public companies with respect to both transactional and regulatory matters, including private placements, prospectus offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions, privatizations and shareholder meetings. In addition, he has experience working with issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Allouba assists established and startup companies with compliance issues involving Quebec’s consumer protection and privacy legislation. He also works with clients on matters related to the Competition Act in connection with pre-merger notifications, business practices and investigations by the Competition Bureau.
