CNC probes ONCE Foundation’s disability programs

The National Competition Commission has opened formal proceedings into the ONCE Foundation and its accessibility companies Fundosa Grupo and Fudosa Accesibilidad. A preliminary investigation revealed evidence of “master collaboration agreements” between the ONCE Foundation and the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services (Instituto de Mayores y Servicios Sociales – IMSERSO) for accessibility programs for the disabled. The agreements would have allowed the ONCE Foundation to favor its companies in tenders for developing the programs.
