Commission examines poultry industry for anticompetitive agreements

The Swaziland Competition Commission (SCC) has launched a probe into the poultry industry. Allegations charge Eagles Nest and Usuthu Poultry with colluding to limit competition and block access, in violation of sections 30, 31 and 34 of the Competition Act 8 of 2007.
