Czech Republic: Regulator says low competition causing high retail prices

CTU, the national telecommunications regulator for the Czech Republic, has noted that the retail mobile market rates are high in the country by comparison to the rates applied in other countries. The regulator attributed the higher prices to insufficient competition on the Czech market.
